Work Out At The YMCA?!


Question: Work Out At The YMCA!?
Starting around the 2nd week of June I will be able to begin working out at the Y!. I am a teen and I will be trying to work out all summer long!. I ideally need to lose 30-40 lbs!. What should I do to lose weight as far as work out machines and the classes the Y offers!. I'm 5'10 and I'd like to resemble a Victoria's Secret model and have a gorgeous body!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Alternate between weight training and cardio, and look to do at least 30 mins of cardio at least 3 x a week!.

You might want to pick up the book "Body For Life" by Bill Phillips for a good starting point!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
