Im obese and need to loose 3 stone or may have a heart attack or something like that please give me some fast easy help as i have around 1 month before i go france and i wanna get a tanWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can start by not eating any sweets of fatty foods what-soh-evah!. If you want asap you've got to be committed to the discipline!.

Grow to like steamed veg!. Make fruit a part of your daily life!. Understand that water is your friend!. Drink it!. A lot!.

Exercise!. A lot!. Well, about 30 minutes a day will be brilliant!. Just walking really fast for 15 minutes, taking a breather, then another 15 minutes!.

And sleep!. A good sleep will help you to relax and so you won't have your brain in a tizz!.

If you want guidance on portions, look at your hand!. A handful of carbohydrate (not wheat - this makes things seem impossible), half your palm in protein and two handfuls in fruit and veg!. That should help!.

You know that time that you go to sleep!? Well, don't eat anything three hours previous to it!. E!.g!. if you go to sleep at 10pm, don't eat anything after 7pm!. Nothing!. Nada!.

Also, it helps if you keep a record of your weight!. This will then help you reach your target because you'll see progress and so feel motivated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start off doing at least 20 minutes of exercise a day if you can, the increase either the time or the intenisty of the exercise, dont aim to loose 3 stone before you go to france, that to much to soon!. Dont do takeaways and try to eat more fruit and veg!.
