What to eat in the morning lunch and dinner?!


Question: What to eat in the morning lunch and dinner!?
Okay i want to know what are lowfat okay meals for breakfist if you want soup all the time! i like to have something hot in the morning to warm me up and i mean food wise!. ( i dont drink coffe) and for lunch i like a sub with soup (but whats a better alternitive to fating soup) I love top ramen and its making me gain weight! Yikes! I was a size 16 to a 7 and now back to 14! Help! And dinner i usually like the works! How do i lose weight if i like these foods so much! help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand you completely! I was a size 15 and now i am down to a size 3!. It was pretty hard but i did it!. What i did was i eat for Breakfast a cup of oatmeal and export soda crackers with I can't believe its not butter spray (It has no calories) For lunch i usually eat in Subway i have any of their subs under 5 grams of fat or less or in Wendys the Ultimate grill chicken sandwitch with just lettuce, and a small chilli, Its under 500 calories and for Dinner just a bowl of cereal like low sugar cereals and just the right portions!. If a get hungry in between meals i eat like a Speacial K bar or a 100 calorie pack!. Eliminate soda, Even diet!. Drink losts of water and do excersice like running, walking aerobics, etc!. And the most important dont prive yourself from the foods you love, just eat in small portions because if you do eliminate the foods you love, then you are going to binge!. Good Luck!! Well I have just started using slimming world!. Its really great and you can eat alot of things!. You never feel hungry!. You are even allowed to eat your favourite chocolate bar or bag of crisps each day as long as they don't cost more than 15 syns! At slimming world you can have between 5-15 syns per day and what that meens is that you could have say for your breakfast some spaghetti, wholemeal bread(toast- 2 peices) and then have a drink of milk, Flavoured water or even coke!. you would use one syn up for your butter then!.!.!.For your dinner you could have a salad and if you are doing a "Red day" (which is where you are allowed meat) then you could have a chicken salad or something with say a dairy milk bar afterwards which would be about 9 syns!.!.!.!.

Breakfast -- stick to whole grains -- like oatmeal, cream of wheat, with fat free milk and a sugar substitute for sweetening!.

Lunch -- avoid the break and do a salad with soup instead!. Or go high protein and order a dish with lots of beans or lentils!. Ramen -- stay away the noodles are fattening and there's way too much sodium!. You can eat whole grain pasta with chicken broth as an alternative!.

Stick to lots of vegetables -- whole grains -- low fat milk and yogurt!. Stay away from white breads or pastas, creamed soups, and sugars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast:
Oatmeal -> Hot!.
Orange Juice

Snack:
Fruit
Water


Lunch:
Just whatever!. You hada good breakfast and a light, filling snack!. I hardly doubt that you will be hungry for lunch!.


Dinner:
Not too much, people tend to gain more weight when they eat before sleep!.
