Question: A question for any atheltic trainers out there and anyone else!?
I am a hard worker who wants to get results!. I wish to get very very strong and very very fit!. My question is as follows!. Is there any way to achieve this, if you are like me and you have no access to any weight room area or pool!. is there any way i can still get the same results with only a basement filled with noting, not even a pull up bar!. is there any way!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
A basic principle of strength development is progressive overload!. That is, as your body become accustom to given level of work, you frequently increase the load slightly to trigger the body's adaptive mechanisms!.

Weights allow easy adjustment of load for progressive training!. Experience has shown they are are the best way to train for strength!.

Why don't you get some weights!? Are you forbidden in your living circumstances!? One can buy used a barbell and dumbbells very cheaply!. Find some one who is replacing a rusty set!. You don't expensive equipment or machines!.

Nevertheless, there are others way to develop strength!. Certainly body weight exercises, some borrowed from gymnastics!. Manual labor!. You can also lift and carry heavy awkward objects!. Here are some ideas!.
