Question: Are there better arguments for meat eating besides "protein"!?
Answers:
I would say, iron and B12!.

Nearly all vegetarians and all vegans suffer from iron deficiency and vitamin B12 deficiency unless they take tablets and have injections!. I have many vegetarian and vegan friends, and they all need some kind of supplementation!. That suggests to me that it isn't "natural", as in nature you can hardly get an injection every 3 months!.

I remember watching a health show on TV where they did blood tests across the board for vegetarians, vegans, people who ate lots of meat and almost no vegetables and people who ate a balanced diet with some meat and lots of vegetables!.

The healthiest people were the balanced diet people with some meat, closely followed by ovo-lacto vegetarians who took supplements!.

The people who ate too much meat and not enough vegetables had high cholesterol readings!.

The very worst were vegans - they couldn't believe how low their levels for iron and B12 were, and they were also dangerously low on zinc, potassium, calcium and a whole range of other nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
