The Perfect Push-Up?!


Question: The Perfect Push-Up!?
I just got it today!. It was $20, so I figured I would give it a shot!. I have it, and I can defiantly see that it tires you out more than a regular push-up (Which is good)!. My question is how many should I do a day!? I don't really understand the chart too well, so how much do you think I should do!? I want to get big rather fast (I know it's not a miracle machine for $20, but I want to do the hardest work-outs possible)!.

How much should I do per day!?

first week-- do only what you can do without forcing yourself
second week--- add 5
third week --------add 10
fourth week---- do as many as you can without forcing yourself and keep on adding 10% whenever you get confortable with the current work load!.
