My neck pains after i do ab workouts ??
how can i concentrate more on the abdomen while doing simple crunches ... i tend to put the effort on my neck all the time ....
should i do the ab workout today ??? ... since my neck started paining from yesterday .

I also had neck pain when I first started doing ab workouts. Make sure that you're properly supporting your head with your hands and not pulling your head up while doing a crunch and overcompensating. Just relax and really focus into your abs. It takes some practice. If the pain doesn't go away, you'll want to stop and see a doctor, but I'm sure it's nothing major at this point.
I do ab workouts every other day at most, as with any major muscle. Your abs need a day to rest in between, if you do them every day your muscles won't be able to recuperate (which is when they grow), and will actually get weaker.
