Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself!. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans!. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it!. The more you exercise, the more results you will see!. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake!. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more!? Always watch what you eat!.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road!. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around!. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat!. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace!.com where I saved money on it!. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform!. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker!. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in!. It's really great to stop food cravings!.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body!. Good luck and I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are "constipated"!? How much less are you eating!? Thirteen pounds is great but if you are starving yourself to get that, then you're ultimately just making more work for yourself (you'll gain it all back when you get off your 'diet')!. Your calorie intake should be above 1200 a day to keep your metabolism from slowing down (say 1200 - 1500 for weight loss)!. You can check your suggested calorie intake here http://www!.freedieting!.com/tools/calorie!.!.!.

Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet all the time!. Plenty of lean protein, fruits and veggies, complex carbs, healthy fats, and lots of water!. If you've tried various otc meds to help your constipation and nothing is working, you might want to see your doctor about it!.

Take care of you!.!.!.and add exercise to your diet regime for good overall fitness, and to help keep everything in your body moving along properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whatever is low in the rectum is probably very dry by now and will be a bugger to pass, I'd go get a glycerine suppository from the chemist or a small single dose enema (microlax in Oz) and get things moving!. Then keep up the water +++++ and some fruit and vege!. It doesn't all sound like its really worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to walk plenty, or exercise in some other way, and maybe eat a little more!? You need to have at least some carbohydrate to produce bulk, or there simply wont be enough material to even create poop!. You should be having at least 1200-1500 calories!. I also suggest dried fruit in the form of figs, prunes and apricots as those work quite well if had before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use laxatives or fibre powder & drink lots of water!.
Avoid white bread, white flour, white pasta & potatoes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to be doing at least some form of exercise (such as walking) to keep your bowels moving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
