Question: Are my hormones changing!?
My stomach and hips have been changing in sizes, yet my weight is staying the same and my eating habits and all are the same!.

What exactly is going on with my body!?

Yeah hormones or you could be retaining fluid!. Have you been eating a lot of salt over the last few days!? That could be causing your body to hold onto fluid!. Try cutting back on the amount of sodium you eat and see if that helps!. Also you are 16 so your body is still developing some, so hormones could very well be the reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your body undergoes major hormonal shifts aprox every 7 years!. That can cause weight fluctuations!.

Yes, you're hormones are most likely changing, especially if you are hitting or in your teen years!. Embrace it - love the hips (men do) and also, don't forget to eat healthy and exercise to tone the stomach if it gets too much for you!.!.!.

Yeah, it could be that, or it could be something else, i'd talk to the doctor!. I think it might all depend on your age, and since we don't have that, it's kinda hard to tell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
