Question: My Abs Hurt!?
I have been doing of ab exercises for awhile and now they are starting to hurt!. What does this mean!? and I am 13!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

like ANY OTHER MUSCLE IT NEEDS TO REST
it doesnt mean your getting stronger
it doesnt mean your going to have rock hard abs
my advice!?
take a few days off for starters youll notice some gain in strength because you havent rested and your muscles will recooperate
then do it every other day
if your sore in the other day then wait another day and do it on that day

are you doing it everyday!? if you are then you arent allowing your muscles to repair then need time to repair and get stronger!.!. if you do it every other day, it is better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
