How can I lose about 40 pounds in 5 weeks?!


Question: How can I lose about 40 pounds in 5 weeks!?
I need to lose it to be more comfortable with myself, and so I don't have a GIANT belly hanging out of my pants and shirts!. I mean, size 8 pants fit wonerfully, but, I would like to narrow my pant size down to a 4!. I am 160 pounds and 5'8!. I need a good exercise plan, and a healthy diet!. If you have any suggestions, please help me!. I mean, I want to feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to be realistic, if you eat right dont drink soda or eat junk food and do cardio about 10-20 mintues everyday, you should be able to drop about 3 pounds a week!. when you do cardio it speeds up your metabolism and burns fat when your not exercising!. dont pay attention to the amount of calories your burning on the bike cause its only around 100 to 200, concentrate on the intensity of the workoutWww@Answer-Health@Com

To lose 40 lbs in 5 weeks is very unhealthy!. And almost near impossible!. A recommended weight loss, is a 1-2lbs a week, meaning you could lose up to 10 lbs in a month (4 weeks) max!. to do 40 in 5 weeks, as you can see, very dangerous!.

To lose the weight you have to eat properly!. Exercise regularly, and drink plenty of fluids, water mostly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Resistance exercise with the rubber bands is great for females!. It gives you long lean muscles, not bulky ones!. I will give you advice for what really truly works, but you will not want to do it!. No dairy!. No salt!. No sugar!. No fats!. No processed foods!. Sparing amounts of red meat, only 2 ounces occasionally, with no seasoning that contains fat or salt!. Fresh veggies, fresh fruits, no egg yolks!. Examples of what I eat using this strategy: chicken sauteed in a dry nonstick pan with bell pepper and mushrooms, seasoned with Mrs!. Dash!. Mashed potatoes flavored with sodium free chicken boullion powder and Mrs!. Dash!. Steamed corn with no seasoning!. English peas with no seasoning!. Baby carrots uncooked!. Fresh fruit, any kind except high-sugar ones like watermelon!. White Japanese sticky rice!. Yes, you can have rice!. No seasoning!. Drink water ONLY!. i don't know why you would want to lose weight in 5 weeks
however almost all experts say the same thing
eat less and eat veggies, protein, and fruit
drink water
exercise alot
