Need to lose 10 lbs?!


Question: Need to lose 10 lbs!?
Just looked at a pic of myself from Christmas, and I realized I've gained some weight!. I'd like to lose 10 lbs!. No unrealistic time limit, I want to do it right!.

I'll start going to the gym 3x a week, but what are some other tips!? What are some good foods to eat to help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To start on a good nutrition plan, plenty of water is needed as well as fluids like Propel or Gatorade!. Smart water also has a good source of electrolytes!. Your food intake should be of lean foods and protein like turkey, chicken, and fish!. Veggies and fruit are important for nutrients and vitamin intake!. Wheat, whole grains, and oats are important for a good source of carbs for fueling energy!. Small treats and desserts are on occasion essential to give you sugar, you need something for quick burning fuel for your body, plus fats like unpoly and mono saturated are good for your body!. 5-6 small meals a day help boost your metabolism and help aid in losing weight properly!.

Exercise is essential in weight loss!. To start up you have to start light to prevent injuries and possibility of soreness!. Once your in that area to pump up more intensity the weight and sets will increase!. Putting on muscle will help you burn fat, muscle is leaner so you will start to look trimmer!.

This is what I am doing!. I keep track of every thing I eat, no matter if it is just a few chips!. Look at what you are eating and think about what you do not really need!. Cut the pops and other junk out!. Drink water instead of sports d rinks!. If you drink cool-aid or the gallons of juice look at the calories, I would say if it is more than 50 calories per 8 ounces, skip them and go with water!.

Diet Arizona Green Tea, or the Lipton Green and White teas!. It tastes great!. And 0 Calories!.

Up the amount of Calcium and Vitamin D that will help break down the fat cells instead of deflating them!. Think of your fat cells as a balloon!. Once they blow up it is easier to do each time!. So you need to get rid of them!.

Think of your weight as inches lost!. As you work out you will gain muscle and that weigh more than fat!. Do not do crunches until you are already slimmed down!. They simply add muscle underneath the fat cells!.

He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant!.

Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol!. Give it a go

Also you don't have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit!.

dont eat late at night thats a biggie like 8 or 9, especialy carbs!. do a good cardio workout at the gym like the stationary bike for 15-25 minutes becuase that will speed up your metabolism when your not working out!. NO SODAWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of water!. Can also try green tea I heard that work too!.
Eating in moderations!.
