Generally I buy Dannon Plain Nonfat yogurt!. I like that it doesn't have the added sugars and corn syrup other kinds to!. I like to add fresh berries to it, it is really good!. Sometimes when I do by flavored yogurt, my favorite is Stonyfield farm Organic fruit on the bottom!. It has such a good flavor and is lower in calories than any other fruit on the bottom I have seen (strawberry only has 120 calories!.) I would recommend either of those brands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I LOVE the whipped!. It tastes more like whipped cream than yogurt!. Activia is also good because it adds digestive enzymes (more than normal) I always look at the sugar content too!.

totally get yoplait- whipped is the best but there are a lot more like light if youre going on a diet!. There is also the lucerne brandWww@Answer-Health@Com
