Question: Need help with dieting!?
hello im 14 years old 5'3 and like 173 pounds!.
i am planning to lose like 50 pounds by march for my quinceanera [15 years celebration]
but i want to lose it quick [well not all of it in a short period of time]
i have alot of time but i want to lose it just for!.!.u know!.!.i just want to lose it quick :)
i know the basics like not eating after 7
at least an hour of exercing
small portions of food
etc!.!.
but i want specific workouts like for what part of the body!.!.

Cardio work outs and reducing your caloric intake!. A lot of people think if they exercise every single day and still eat whatever they want they will lose wait!. That isn't necessarily false, but it will take a very long time!.

Cardio work outs take away fat from ALL over your body!. There is no one cardio work for one muscle group, really!.

Running is the best cardio work out!. Anything that gets your heart racing for a prolongued amount of time is considered cardio!.

Use this website to determine your caloric intake http://www!.healthrecipes!.com/calories!.ht!.!.!. and gradually decrease it!. The trick is to eat three small meals a day and snack on fruits or vegetables inbetween!.
