To go a little more into detail about what the first two answers said!. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat a healthy diet (eat something small every 2-3 hours, it helps keep the metabolism burning), exercise daily (do a mix of cardio and strength training, cardio burns muscle, muscle burns fat, you do that math), drink plenty of water and get 7-8 hours of sleep!.

Controled healthy diet and excerise!. For girls the best form of excersise would be cardio 3-4 times a week!. Then start to introduce abs and other weight excersises eventually!. Cut out sugar, bread, pasta, rice and drink lots of water!.

I think the best way to lose weight is doing yoga!.It keeps you fit and toned!.It also improves your concentration and makes yourself more confident!.also try to avoid fried food!.it is the main reason for obesityWww@Answer-Health@Com
Cut the level of fat intake and increase cardio vascular activity!. Don't deny yourself things or resort to fad diets!. This never works!. I did Weight Watchers about 20 years ago and found it very helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
