hey i was wondering if anyone has ever worked at albertson's bakery? Does anyone know how many calories, fat, staturated fat, carbs, and sugars are in a Vanilla flavor cake with confetti sprinkles and buttermilk vanilla icing? Its a medium size cake? i am trying to gain wieght, but in a good healthy way without sugary food, sice this cake has so many sugars is it the same as drinking a weight gainer shake since the shake contains 110 grams of sugar?

Why would you do either of these things when both are loaded with sugar. Try for high calorie things like cheese and nuts etc. Use boost daily to add healthy calories to your routine.
