Question: Wanna get big fast!! need some advice!?
haven't really worked out since end of hs/1st year of college!. i did however manage to pass my previous phase wall that stopped me from getting bigger the last 4 years or so by eating lots more of healthy foods, etc!. asian male 21, 5'7 3/4, 155 lbs!. what should i do!? i have slim build from my hs sports days primarily cross country/track!.!. what can i do to get a bigger chest fast!? my shoulders r also kinda narrow and my right shoulder sometimes stings and feels pulled when i do certain workouts!.!. is there a way i can lengthen my shoulder bones along with muscles!? my legs r ok!. just mostly upper body i wanna improve!. i will continue to take protein and i am also gonna begin another round of glutamine/L-Arginine Ornithine at 3-5g a day each!.!. helped greatly in the past!. u recommend i take tribulus terrestris as well!? i do seem to lack testosterone from my physical appearance and muscle tone!. and what should i eat!? thanks for all your guys' input!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
