Results of losing weight?!
Question:
Results of losing weight?
I was at 182 on the scale and now i'm at 176 (woot).
Anyways I have noticed some change in my body but not alot (natural right cause i mean its only 6 pounds ?)
when i look at myself from the side in the mirror i look pretty thin but if i go outside and get hot and come back i look..not so thin.
Anyways my question is: In about 5-6 weeks (lost track) i lost these 6 pounds. Is this a good pace or should i pick it up?
Also, i don't have alot of time to run but i lift weights everyday and i do situps everyday. If i diet without alot of running will i still lose weight?

Congratulations! Hard work pays off. You are doing fine, you don't want to lose too quickly ..you will have a better chance of keeping the pounds off if you take your time and do it at a healthy rate
