The problem is the program is set up a certain way!. So if you don't follow it the way it is set up, then you might not get the results you are looking for!.

I bought all of the dvd's and really like them!. I think Turbo Sculpt is probably what you need but I love Cardio Party too!. They are both great work outs!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
