Question: How much weight do i have to lose!?!?
Ok im 18 years old!.!.!. 5'8 AND 187 pounds!.!.!. I went to a website and check my BMI it's 28!.6 its said i was slightly overweight!.!.!.!. I want to know how many pounds do i have to lose!.!.!. im trying really hard i walk 5 miles 4 times a week and i do tae-bo workouts videos 5 times a week!.!.!. im also in a healty diet!.!.!.!. Will this keep working!.!. ill lost 15 pounds in two months!.!.!. But i still want to know how much more do i have to lose!?!?!? Please write ASAP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hon, in all honesty, at 5'8" you are pretty tall for a girl, and if you are stupid enough to believe the teen magazines, then you should weigh 120, if you are smart enough to be healthy, you probably are cardiovasculary healthy now, with your working out you are also building muscle

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:
eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep
the example eat menu :
Breakfast
Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning
Lunch
Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.
Dinner
Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

The average weight for females is figured at 105 pounds for the first 5 feet in height and then 5 pounds for each inch over 5 foot!. So 8 inches times 5 pounds equals 40!. 105 plus 40 is 145lbs which would be your ideal body weight!. Most folks don't weigh their ideal body weight but somewhere with in 10 lbs would be good!. it is advisable to be on the lower end of average - i'd say your ultimate goal should be around 130 but for now just focus on getting to the healthy range and being around 150-160Www@Answer-Health@Com

187 pounds is not "slightly" overweight!.!. you need to drop about 40 or 50 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
