Crash diet, how long? PLEASEEE ANSWER! (PICTURES!)?!


Question: Crash diet, how long!? PLEASEEE ANSWER! (PICTURES!)!?
Before i even say anything!.!.!.i KNOW crash diets are bad and only work for the short term, but as of know i am only looking for short term so PLEASE don't lecture me, just answer!.
If i ate only 600-900 calories for 1 week (7 days) and did cardio for like an hour or so per day how much weight would i lose!?
Or if i ate grape fruits for 7 days, breakfast lunch and dinner!.!.but also include salad at dinner!? idk thats like 400 something cals (id only eat 2 WHOLE grapefruits a day)
I haveeeee tried healthy diet and exercise, but i seriously cant do it! im a kid, im supposed to eat junk and everyday of my life i am dieting and counting calories and i cant do it anymore! i want to eat what i want for the nxt few days and then crash diet!.!.!.so please dont lecture!. heres the body type id like to acheive!? Could i get this in lke 2 weeks of crash dieting!? Could i get it in 5 weeks of a 1,200 cal "healthy diet"!?

Just eat fruits and veggies, it'll give you the minerals and vitamins you need to function without the fat!. What I do before a show is cantaloupe slices a boiled egg and a spoonful of peanut butter for breakfast!. Spinach salad and grapes for lunch and a mixed salad with strawberries/raspberries for supper!. I've dropped as much as 8lbs in a week!. Also ifyou eat about a handful ever 2 hours of so you drop it faster than if you eat 3 meals!. Just make sure you have protein (peanut butter, eggs) because that's what's going to keep you going!. Take a multi vitamin with this diet!. Usually 2 days before the show I do a water diet with multi vitamins!.

Do not do this for more than a few weeks!. It is a very dangerous diet and dieting like this (crash or prolonged) can do serious damage to your healthWww@Answer-Health@Com

The atkins diet for about 3 weeks would take that amount off but the minute you go off it, you'll gain back the lost amount plus about 15 or so pounds!. I know, I did it!. I don't know about the plan of really low calories that you listed above -- wouldn't that put you in starvation mode and hold on to your weight!?
Also, isn't 139 a pretty low weight for being 5'9 already!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They're lecturing you because what you're doing is dangerous!. Did you know suddenly depriving your body of regular calories can make you sick and lower your immune system!? If you're a "kid" you shouldn't be worried about it anyways!. You're weight is fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats good already!. You weigh more cause your tall!. Tall girls are already way too skinny sometimes anyway!. Keep your figure!. At most lose five pounds if any at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
