Joining a gym is definitely a good step!. If you are eating healthy(which you should be doing, email me if you want to know more about that), then working out will be great for you!.

I assume you just want to tone and lose weight, so do a lot of cardio!. Cardio is running on the treadmill, using the stairmaster, the eliptical, or the bike!. You want to be able to do at least 45 minutes of cardio DAILY!. Keep in mind that doesn't mean just use ONE machine!. I like to run for thirty and bike for thirty!.

I hope this helps!. And wear whatever YOU are comfortable with!. Who cares what you look like!? Don't pay attention to anybody in the gym but yourself!. Good luck! Email me if you want to know anything else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wear what you're comfortable with!. Everybody likes to work out in different clothing because we're all shaped differently!.

My suggestion would be to find out if the gym has a free personal training session you could try out!. It's difficult to prescribe a workout regimen to you if I don't know what your goals are!.

If you don't know what your goals are, then I would recommend that you give everything a try!. Usually gyms organize their weights machines according to a "circuit," which means that you can do, let's say, 3 sets of 10 reps at each station, and you'll get a full body workout!. Then you can experiment with the cardio equipment too!. Find things you like and continue trying new things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, start off slow!. Try 30minutes of jogging on the treadmill, then do some abs!. For the ab workout, do 2 sets of 20 to start off, after a while it should feel easy, and when it does, add another set!.

To lose weight, you want to run most of all, cause that helps alot!. Also, if the gym has a pool, try swimming too!. Its good for all the muscles!.
hope that helps!.:DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
