I have a pilates AB sculpting DVD and I was wondering how long it takes to get nice abs like hilary duff?

I need to look better by July 29th because that is when I am going to the Bahamas!!

By the way i am old enough to use the machines, a kids gym????? what the heck!!

if you want great abs, you have to lose the fat that sits on top of them first. do the dvd, but go for a run after (ab routines are a great warm-up for a run because they get your heart pumping so you can burn my calories when you do your cardio).

you can do that DVD 4 times a day until your vaca but it won't make any difference if you have fat on top of your great abs.
