Treadmill exercise questions...?!

Treadmill exercise questions...?

I am 31 yrs old, 120 pounds and i would like to ask anyone if the treadmill perhaps 3 times a week,would build or firm my leg muscles. i have no celluite, but the aging thing is scaring me! I do pilates , windsor, works great, but for buns and thighs? Girls, any advice on keeping the rear and thighs in great toned shape? I am eating nutritionally, do not drink or smoke,rarely any sodas or sugars. i drink lots of water.

It sounds like you're doing all the right things to get into shape. Give it some time and you should see some results sooner or later.
