Lately ive been extremely hungry. what should i do???!


Question: Lately ive been extremely hungry!. what should i do!?!?!?
its like i might eat and then 2 or 3 hours later im hungry again!.

It is actually better to eat several snacks throughout the day, as long as you eat something healthy!. That way, when you go to eat a meal, you aren't as hungry so you won't eat as much!. Also, when you eat, try to chew each bite about 15-20 times!. You'll fill up faster, and once again, you won't eat as much!. It's a good way to keep from gaining weight without your health being endangered! ^___^Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you feel the need to overindulge try to do it with healthy foods like fruits or vegetables, and if this wont due, work out after you eat it, its not smart but it will counter the effects of a bad diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you can eat some crackers, then go jogging or do some other exercise or eat (snacks) and exercise at the same time so you can add and reduce at the same time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
