What I cannot gain any weight?!


Question: What I cannot gain any weight!?
I am 18 years old and I cannot gain a pound!. I do around 20-40 pushups a day, and walk every day; but I eat a lot of food!. I always eat Mcdonalds, Chinese food, Rib tips, etc!. It seems that I cannot gain no weight no matter what!. I would like to build muscle mass and not appear to be so skinny!. I weight around 157-160 lbs and I'm 5'11!. Is there some type of issue I'm having!? Please help, legit answers please!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gaining weight is actually very easy and simple if carried out correctly!.!.!.

20-40 push-ups will not build mass not matter what!.!.!.

In order to gain mass you MUST train with weight and keep reps between the 6-10 range
You can do sets of 10, 8, 6, 6 or just 4 sets of 10 straight
Don't worry about cardio at this point, just focus on muscle building, the first 10 lbs is the fastest because that's the "natural" amount of muscle you would have and anything after is extra and takes much more time

So break you lifts into 4 different days!.!.!.

Day One - Chest and Triceps, Day 2 - Back and Biceps, Day 3 - Legs, Day 4 -Shoulders

This is a bodybuilding routine!.!.!.

The first phase is 4 sets of 10-12 to get your recuperation capacity up and increase "muscle volumization", do this for 3-4 weeks, this is the loading phase (preparation)

The second phase is increasing the weights in 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 6 (last 2 sets 6, 6, keep weight the same) this is strength and growth phase, do this for 3 weeks

Keep alternating between the 2

I would say you will be around 170-175 in about 2 months if you follow this closely!.!.!. I've trained many people on this exact plan and it worked very well for them!.!.!.

I feel for u man!.!.!.i am 6'2 165!. I am in the same exact boat!. ive been trying to put weight on for years and the metabolism is just kicking my ***, as it is in your case too!. From what i have read, you need to limit your cardio to almost nothing!. Also, lift heavy!. Aim to keep your reps in the 6-8 range!. Your also going to want to eat a balanced diet!. Keep eating like crazy, just remember to put the right things in your body!. Just keep working on it bro!. don't give up!.
