Protein shakes you make with carnation instant breakfast and add icecream and bananas or other fruit and a tablespoon of vegetable oil comes to about 750 calories!. If you drink one of these every day you should gain about one or two pounds a week!. Add cheese or sour cream to your vegetables!. Just eat, but don't overdo it, and don't look back - girls who want to put on wait and then look back often turn out like Ashley Olsen (or whichever one it was) - Anorexic :S

If anything, healthy foods, but make sure you still workout, you're not going to get skinner, and working out will build up muscles, which is what everyone has, its not fat on girls - muscles!.

obviously you won't want the big bulky Arnie-type muscles but just eat healthy, don't overdo it, and work out ;)

Take the amount of calories you eat in a day to maintain your weight!. Then add about (at least) 500 calories a day, this isnt that easy!.

You need to eat a well ballanced healthy diet!. Dont just eat junk!.


But grabbing that dessert after dinner might help! Cookies, ice cream, live it up, but dont over due!.!.

Increase your daily calorie intake!. Try to spread your meals out to 4-6 small meals a day!. Try to mostly eat healthy foods high in protein!. Get the daily carbs you need!. Stay away from foods that are high in bad fats (saturated, trans), sugar and high cholesterol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
