I have serious issues with weight?!?!


Question: I have serious issues with weight!?!!?
i hate so much what i see in the mirror!. i'm such a perfectionist at my body, i just feel that if i'm not skinny enough no-one will want to date me; please don't give me the whole " some day the perfect guy who loves you for who you are will come" i can't help it!. but, the thing is i'm not fat- i know that i'm just out of shape!. so, what is a diet plan!? please give some examlples of things to eat so that i will be trim and "FIT" for swim suit shopping!. i'm probablly about 5'4 and 115 lbs!. but i want to get into shape!. by eating healthy things!. please help!

if you are out of shape your plan will have to be: toning up your body!. go to the gym and fing classes where an instructor can help you to find excercises which are right for you!. also aerobics can be good, pilates and loads of swimming!. nothing can give you the desired shape other than excercise!.
about food, continue to heath healthily, small meals 4 times a day!. and you will look perfect!. if you still do not like your shape, consider approaching an instructor at your gym to see if they do weight management, which is 1-1 classes in which the instructor finds exercises right for you in order to get what you want and monitors your progress!.

Your actual body weight does not matter - it is how it is distributed and where your curves are (or aren't) that you are probably after!.

Get involved in a healthy eating plan that steers clear of sugar and fat, and that includes plenty of protein, and not too many carbs!. At the same time, start exercising on a daily basis!. You won't see a "magical" transformation in the mirror, but if you stick to a proper nutrition plan and an exercise program, your bikini body will shape up in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

for your height and weight, you sound really thin, you probably just need to tone up, start doing exercises like squats and lunges, you could buy a toning up exercise dvd, do it aobut 3 times a week and you'llnotice you're body getting tighter after a few weeks, examples of what to eat are lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, lean protein, non fat dairy, avoid empty calories, like freid foods, candy and chipsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well im probably 5'0 and my wieght is 125 but when I look in the mirror I try to focas on the good things on me like my hair, face, eyes things like that and work on the little things like wieght and pimples one step at a time and don't freak or look for diets right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Focus on fruits and vegetables and lean meats!. Your exercises should include weight training and a mix of cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
