there are a million and one factors that decide!.!.!. diet, training, genetics, fat stores, hormonal output!.!.!. etc!.
i have a suggestion for you, why not try to lose inches off your waist in a month, and tell us how much you lost!?
i can write the same program for 10 different people, and each one of them will lose a different number of inches off their waist!.

that depends how much exercise you do and how healthily you eat!. You only notice a difference in you body after 2 weeks!. So i suppose in about a month you could lose 2-3 inches around your stomach!. Maybe less!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
