BMI v Fat%?? Can anybody help?!


Question: BMI v Fat%!?!? Can anybody help!?
I am trying to get down to an ideal weight for running and being toned and according to BMI I am overweight and according to fat percentage I am between good and athlete which one do I listen to!?!?
I know it would be easy for say fat percentage but what is right!?!? Any advice would help!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

bmi only really works for people that don't do any deicated exercise that is why it ranges from 18!.5 to 24!.9 as healthy IMO health is obvious i don't need a bmi or % to tell me if im fat or not a mirror can do that jobWww@Answer-Health@Com

BMI is flawed - it doesn't take into account muscle (which weighs more than fat by volume) and your frame!. I would go with fat percentage!. I work out 6 days a week and consider myself very healthy, but my BMI says I'm overweight due to the muscle on my frame so I ignore it and try and get my % fat down instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
