Question: Can i get a totallly flat stomach in a month with exerise and low calorie diet!.!?
I weigh around 120lbs could i get a flat stomach in a month and lose inner thigh fat with the loss of around 20lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its possible, but it won't be easy!. Muscle weighs more than fat, so more exercise, the more you will weigh!. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't stop exercising!. You should try about 30 minutes of jogging every day!. There are many internet sites about a good low calorie diet!. Don't give up eating all together!.!.!. you'll die :P, so basically, jog for about 30 minutes (or an hour) a day, and have a good low calorie diet and you should lose those 20lbs!. in about a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know why everyone is giving you such terrible advice here!. Can you tighten up within a month of good diet and exercise: yes!. Can you lose 20 lbs in 1 month: no!. Unless you were grossly overweight (I'm talking like 300+ lbs!. there is NO WAY you can lose 20 lbs in one month!. Especially at your weight!. You are at a great weight for a female!. Even if it were possible it would be TERRIBLY unhealthy!. Don't worry about the pounds as much as how you look and feel!. You may even lose no weight due to an increase in muscle (tightening) and the simple fact that muscle is more dense than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In fantasy land you can but in reality you cannot!. Human body is not biologically capable to expend colossal amount of calories/fats such a short time span without risking ones life literally!. That scenario will only happened when your body is in survival mode!. and in this mode you lose your muscle tissues as well and you will experience multiple organ failure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
