Lol Okay Im not perfect with healthy eating but I know a bit!.
Please tell me how I can improve =]

Okay Breakfasts: Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Apple
De-Caff Coffee with One Sugar and 50ml
Of Semi skimmed milk!.

Lunch: Jacket potato with sunflower spread with a side selection of salad and a slice of cheese

Dinner: Ham Salad with One slice of brown bread!.


8 -10 glasses of water a day =]

Hell no!

Weetbix is made from grain!. How the hell is grain healthy!?

Semi skimmed milk is!.!.!. wait for it!.!.!. Milk!. Since when do human (just like any other creature on earth) need milk after they have been weaned!.

Coffee is an artificial stimulant!. - no good!.

Potatoes have a high glyceamic index, and aren't ment for human consumption anyway!. Can you eat a potato raw!?

Ham!.!.!.!. Yeah hams good!.

bread!? Are you crazy!? Bread is the silent killer second only to sugar!.

Water!.!.!.!. Water is good!.

By now your thinking I'm crazy!. I'm not!. You just happen to be in a position where your understanding on food is a result of very good marketing !.

Get back to basics:

Eat fresh foods- meat, fish, fruit, leafy greens, plus any veggies you can safely eat raw!.

Drink nothing else but water!.

Never eat flour products, vegetable oils or sugar!.

coffee is bad!. Then, you should separate protein and carbs - no potato with cheese and bread with ham!. Ham with tomatoes or some salad - the same goes for the potato - potato plus salad!. You know, it is strange, but this way you consume the same amount of calories but will lose more!. Try and see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes that sounds very health and well balanced! try adding a bit more fruit in, maybe between lunch and tea or after tea a bananaWww@Answer-Health@Com
