Question: I need help! plese answer!?
I have a big flab of a belly!. I can't run, ( am i supposed to just randomly start running- and it is sooo boring), i do walk but it is always raining!. I am about to move, but i don't want to start then i want to start now!. I want to get rid of arm flab and leg flab(most is muscle with flab built in) i know i am kind of young but i don't want to be reall big when i grow up!. please tell me some stuff i could do or a meal plan!. also tell me what it does for me!. i would greatly appriciate it!. thanks a lot!! i will pick best answer soon so answer quickly-thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Have you ever tried a small trampoline!? Until I injured my back (unrelated to trampoline use), I got one for about $20!. I would put on music or watch TV while I jog on it!. It was more fun!. It was small and didn't intrude in my bedroom space like some large workout equipment!. It came with a book to show you how to work on certain areas!. I lost many inches and pound using this little tool!. I miss it as my doctor feels it would be bad for my back!. I may get another one though and just walk on it!. Try just cutting your serving sizes!. Eat whatever you want but only eat when you are hungry!. Don't do anything else while you eat!. No TV, etc!. Put your fork down with each bite and chew the food thoroughly - 22 times minimum!. Try it!. It works and diet food does not! Don't diet!. It will only make your problem worse! if you like to dance dance onfront of your mirrow for like an hour or so!. if you wanna help your stomach do a lot of moves that involve your belly!. it will help you loose weight and stay in shape!. but u cant slack on it you hav to do it everyday!. food just eat normally 3 meals a day ect but not to much junk food if dat makes you gain weight!. hope i helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, you can do crunches, and dancing, and leg excersices, eat meat, fruit, and vegggiess, but the random need for sugar is okay, easpecially when your with friends, but do not eat alot of it!. <3Www@Answer-Health@Com
