What is the best way to widen my shoulders with simple dumbells?!


Question: What is the best way to widen my shoulders with simple dumbells!?
Im looking to widen my shoulders because at the moment they are too small

I have these dumbells and these dumbells only:

going and getting new dumbells isnt really an option because im skint right now and in education, they are not identical to the ones in the picture, but I do know that they are approx!. 4!.5KG or 10LB in weight!.

I really do not know the names of any excercises so you might have to explain in a bit more detail how to do them!. How can I widen my shoulders to make them look bigger!? Please give detail on how many (lifts of whatever) I should do for good results given the weight, and how I should carry out a paticular excercise

Hi mate!. To give the shoulders a wider appearance, you need to work the lateral (side) head!. You can do this using an exercise called side lateral raises!. Hold the dumbbells by your sides, or in front of your thighs, with palms facing each other!. Raise the dumbbells out to the sides (like flying),with a very slight bend in the arm at the elbow!. At the top when the dumbbells are up at your sides, turn inwards like pouring kettles at arms length!. Hold for a second, slowly lower, then repeat for 4 sets of 10!.

For bonus shoulder growth, do each set till you cant do more in good form, then start pressing the dumbbells overhead till you cant do anymore!. Keep technique good though, and keep your back safe, dont strain!.
