How old is too old to begin excersize/ weightlifting?!


Question: How old is too old to begin excersize/ weightlifting!?
Answers:
No such thing as too old!. Even a real old, weak, and frail person can begin eercising and weightlifting!. They will just start off with much less than anybody else!.

The only time it is too late is when you are dead!. Otherwise, start up whenever you feel motivated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no such thing as too old for exercising or weight lifting!. However, if you are getting up there in age, you should probably visit your doctor to make sure that the exercise that you plan on doing wont harm your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

it is never to late to start exercising!. however DO NOT over do it your body probably isn't used to working out so it will be new to you!. so take it slow!Www@Answer-Health@Com
