Do you think this amount of weight loss is bad?!


Question: Do you think this amount of weight loss is bad!?
13 pound weight loss in 19 weeks!?
Need to loose a further 11 pound but i just love my food!

Im sort of following the weight watchers points system but not being too strict!.!.

Am I more likely to keep this weight off because its took soo long to loose it or like most diets am i just as likely to put it back on with more!?!?!?

Hi Confused, your weight loss is good, well done!.
If you eat healthy stuff, loads of fresh fruit and vegetables ( preferably organic if you can get them) drink plenty of water( your body needs at least 2 litres a day) and cut out the unhealthy junk food, ( or down to 1 treat a week) then I cannot see too many problems!.
Like all things medical though, the best people to speak to are the experts, and maybe your doctor can arrange an appoint met with a dietitian for you or runs a well women club at the surgery!.

you are diffently more likely to keep it off because if you read any of the slimming sites they all say the slower you loose it the easier it is to keep it off and fair play to you on loosing it

losing one to two pounds a week is the healthiest, and most successful!. Try eating the foods you like, but in smaller portions, and cut down on seconds!. You will do fine!. Also, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least three times a week!. just take your dog for a walk, and you will lose your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah it is definitely good to lose weight slowly!. The problem with losing weight too quickly is that your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism dramatically slows, meaning it becomes a lot harder to keep the weight off!. But that is only when you are losing more than 2lbs a week!. Yes thats really bad!. It must be gradual!.
Dont stop your favourate food!. Just do warmups when ever you are free, but not immidiately when u ate!.

And increase your warmups and stretch and bend your body from side to side and front to back!. By doing this you will be active and will get a good shape with out any health troubles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you are feeling!. Best thing to do is stick with the programme!. Everything in moderation, and once YOU are happy with the results decide what to do!. You will put the pounds back on again if you totally ignore the the diet!. The main point to remember is do not become obsessive with loosing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
