Any members of Weight watchers out there?
I am wondering if someone can look up how many activity points you earn when you do the elliptical machine for 40 min. I did LOTS of other stuff but I dont know what they are called.
The reason I cant check myself is because that cardboard tracker that they give you, got damaged when I spilled something on it. Its $13 for another one and I am being CHEAP! I dont want to spend it on a tracker!!!!! expecially since I have their mini calculator and I NEVER have used the activity points before. I just want to today....... It'll be my first time using the activity points.

I just looked it up for you it says its 3 activity points thats on moderate. 2 on low.
