Question about running and burning fat...?!


Question: Question about running and burning fat!.!.!.!?
Ok I been reading a lot about running because I want to get back into it!. I read that to burn fat ,which I want to do around my mid section, I should do high intense cardio intervals such as sprinting for a certain distance I am comfortable with and then resting for a short period of time for about 20 mins to a hr!.!. Do all of you agree!? I am a female 5'5 140!. Is that a good thing to do to burn fat where I am trying to at!? Any other ways that you do to burn fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like u are doing all the right things - just make sure u are eating healthy as well , low fat etc (but make sure that the low fat foods do not have a lot of sugar to compensate for the taste!)
