Help with weight loss!?!

Question:

Help with weight loss!?

I'm trying to lose weight.
Specifically on my thighs, and under my chin.
I'm only 13, but I am overweight by quite a bit, and my thighs and butt is where I gain the most weight, I guess. But I've also got a bit of fat under my chin.

What are good ways to love weight in those areas- besides dieting and running...(I already do run, so yeah.)
I do 50 sit-ups, and 20 push-ups per night, and the bicycle thing(where you do your legs in the air in that circular motion) every night, and I run for 15 minutes a few times a week. But It's not working too well.

So...
Help, please?

I don't eat that much anyways...I mean, I don't overeat at all.

Okay so maybe I DO overeat..but not much. I eat two to three meals a day, depending on if I eat breakfast or not, but I also normally eat two snacks a day..but not big snacks..not always healthy, either, though.

&& I lost about 6 pounds in a week and a half by doing the 50 situps, 20 pushups and running for 15 minutes a few times a week before but now it's not working...I mean, I'm not HUGE, I'm 5'4" and 122lbs. Which is supposedly NOT overweight, but I must not carry weight well, because I look quite overweight...like my thighs are pretty big, and none of it is really muscle, and I have a fat roll under my chin that I can't get rid of, I have lost a lot of the weight around my stomach area, though. I used to be around 135lbs.

Answers:

All the exercise in the world will not work unless you control your eating. You have to eat less. You don't even have to diet if you cut down on the amount you eat.
