I have some lying around from trying to follow Budwig's flaxseed and oil diet but now I've decided to abandon the projcct because I can't get all the necessary ingredients that I need to take it and it might cause me to gain weight rather than lose it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use cottage cheese in lasagna, fruit salads, and I eat it plain with fruit sliced on top of it!. You can replace ricotta cheese with cottage cheese in any recipe!. Some people put it on salads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
