My head hurts after jogging?!

My head hurts after jogging?

Its the first time I went jogging in the sun, since i dont run in the sun for an hour... well today it was sunny but not hot. I drank 3 glasses of water but still have a head ache, it 9:00pm should i eat something. I ate scrambled eggs,bag of chips this morning, and an orange. For lunch I ate an apple, and a cup of ice cream, oh and lot of water. I was just not hungry, but know i am what should i do?

I have had this before , and it is from the heat from outside, and then going inside to the cool air conditioning....it sucks , and does not go away...take some ibuprofen...and try not to run outside in the heat again.
