If i tense my six pack more, will it make it more defined and stronger?!
Question: If i tense my six pack more, will it make it more defined and stronger!?
or will it just not affect it and be a waste of my time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
your an idiot if you think that flexing your abs will make them stronger!. Just work out, or you can look like an absolute moron flexing them near people!. everyone will think your trying to take a $hit or something!.
sorry for being harsh, the truth must come out!. But seriously, do you think if you could get a rock hard six pack by simply flexing your abs, people would be going to gyms and doing high intensity arobic workouts to get theirs defined!? be realistic!. me personally, i go to the gym four, and sometimes five, days a week, and do ab workouts every other day!. not to mention all the hard landscaping work i do!.
If you want to serousely define your abs, theirs two things you have to do!.
first off, traditional flat floor sit-ups are good, and in time, you should be able to do three sets of 100!.
secondly you should work on your erector spine!. (pernounced spinney) this is the lower back muscle that runs along both sides of your vertabre, or spine!. you need to work this out by doing dead lifts, or using a roman chair!. (thier are weight machines that do this muscle group also!.) making this often secluded muscle grow will tighten you abs and give you a more defined look!.
Good luck on the abs bro!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
