Is eating peanuts or any type of nuts, be good for three times a day a serving?!


Question: Is eating peanuts or any type of nuts, be good for three times a day a serving!?
i'm vegan and i need protien but cheap ways to get it would it be okay to enjoy it three times a day with breakfast lunch and dinner could be any nuts but right now just have peanuts,
is it bad or too much or would it be just fine!. Plus i don't eat plenty of fats so this would be good for that too but just hope its not too muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Believe it or not a peanut is not a nut but actually it's bean!.

Eating nuts is good but don't forget about beans!. Also most vegetable source of protein are incomplete but often two different sources can have complimentary proteins like beans and rice or rice and some squashes!.

There is also tofu and meso which are good sources protein!. And though mushrooms have no proteins they have all the amino acids that are the building blocks for protein!. And when you digest proteins they are all broken down into their basic amino acids before they are re-combined into new proteins for your body!.

There's an old book titled A Diet For A Small Planet, check it out, it gives suggestions and recipes for a well balanced vegetarian diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some nuts are good for you, but occasionally!. My used to eat peanuts on a regular basis and then one night she got a kidney stone and went to the ER, the doctor there told her that the amount of nuts she was eating could be a cause of that, so I don't think I would eat them three times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't eat 3 servings of nuts a day (btw peanuts are legumes not nuts)!. You run the risk of developing diverticulitis!. For a source of protein, try beans instead or eggs!. Also, for fats, you need healthier fats like olive oil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nuts are a great protein/fiber/healthy fat snack, but 3 times a day might be a little excessive!. Beans would be an alternative, any soy products, or a supplement!. no dairy!? otherwise an egg a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't just eat nuts!. As a vegan I know you don't eat eggs, but try beans, legumes, tofu, and other similar things!. Also take plenty of vitamins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All nuts are good sources of protein and heart-healthy monounsaturated fat!. As with everything, however, too much of anything is bad!. Three small servings per day is OK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well raw almonds would help as well!. As long as the servings are small like (around a dozen or so) I eat them all the time!. But- I'm not vegan!. I would eat raw nuts with no salt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
