Question: For people who are regular breakfast eaters-!?
How do you get yourself to WANT to eat breakfast in the morning!? I am simply not hungry until I have been awake for 3-4 hours!. Is there a way I can change this!? My daughter is starting to have the same problem so I need to fix this before she picks up my bad habits!. Also-do you usually eat breakfast right away in the morning or after you have been up for a while!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem!.!.!.Here's some tips I was told for the same thing:
-Just make yourself eat breakfast, sure you might not want to!. But within a week or so youll have established a routine so when you wake up youll feel like eating breakfast!.
-Try getting up a little earlier each day so the hunger kicks in sooner
-Exercise before breakfast!. It always makes you feel hungry!. Plus, it helps boost your metabolism for the day!.

Think of something that you really love to eat, not pizza, because we all now that is not a healthy breakfast, fix it ahead of time, like the night before!. Then in the morning, just take a few bites, and see if it helps!. The best thing for breakfast seems to be a bowl of cereal, or toast and an egg!. I am the same way, and so is my daughter! Sometimes I have to just make myself eat a little something, like toast!. Kids love toast with a little butter and cinammon and sugar! Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am extremely hungry in the morning!. The minute I get up I start looking for something to eat!. I think it's because I do not eat at the evening, rarely after 7 p!.m!., so I got hungry!. You should stop late dinners and snacks if you want to eat in the morning!. It is recommended, by the way, to wait about 2 hours before eating - to let your body fully awoken, all the internal organs!. I believe a person would want and enjoy a breakfast in the morning if they are not rushed!. I wake up, shower, makeup, get dressed with only coffee, but when I'm close to the end of my routine I feel a bit hungry for breakfast!. I'll eat a little something, maybe scrambled eggs with toast and then I'm on my way feeling good and a bit energized!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
For me it is more of a fitness reason!. I usually finish my workout at around 7:30 and I have worked up a good appetite by this time!. By the time I eat breakfast, I have been up for about 3 hours!. Eating a good breakfast will supress your appetite throughout the day as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try sitting with your daughter and both have a small bowl of cereal and just say to your self i have to for my daughter until your body gets used to eating first thing !.i had the same problem i couldn't stomach breakfast thing in the morning ,know i do in the first 5 minutes I've been upWww@Answer-Health@Com
you should eat something in the morning,when you wake up your metabilism isnt working yet(not awake) so eat something I alwas eat breakfast when I wake up,if you dont eat breakfast your body willl go into starvation mode and you will gain weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
