Answers:
you would lose a significantly large amount of weight!. Most people eat about 1500-1900 and still lose the weight you want!. If you were to eat 700 calories a day i would say that you prob would lose a 1- 1!.5 lbs a day!. I would recommend that you do not do it because i did, along with about an hour of instense workout and nearly collapsed after a week!. You start to feel weak, and the feeling of the hunger really starts to get to youWww@Answer-Health@Com

If u stick to the diet and do not reduce ur activity level, u might lose around 5 lbs!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on your weight!. If you have a lot to lose you'll probably lose more!. I'd say that kind of diet is ineffective unless you're slim already, because it can be hard to lose weight when you're light!.

If you're overweight a deficit of 500 calories will make you lose quite a bit of weight!. I'd say 5-6lbs in 10 days!. xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

You'll lose weight, but not a lot!. At an intake level that low, your body goes into a super-economy mode to conserve what little fuel it's getting!.

Up your intake to about 1300-1500 calories and do plenty of cardio, and you can easily drop 5-10 lbs in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My doc said 3000 calories = 1lb!. Thus you have saved 2300 calories per day; multiplied by 14=32,200 calories!.
Therefore, you would lose about 10 pounds in 2 weeks!.

The exercise would constitute another 2 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its not quantity, its quality!. Make sure your 700 calories are good foods like brown rice, brown bread, chicken, fish, lean red meat and fruit and veg!.

Its hard to say how much weight you would lose because every body is different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe 5lbs!. Your body will go into starvation mode and NOT burn calories, it will start storing the calories you put into it!.

NO ONE should be on a diet under 1000 calories unless under strict medical supervision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after a few days on only 700 cals you probably wont have enough energy to excercise for 1 hour a day!.
but if you managed it, probably lose about 6-8lb'sWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you only eat 700 calories a day your body would store the fat up and you would probably put more on than lose any at all!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
