- Military press
- Wide/narrow grip pull up/lat pull down

Lay on the floor with your legs at a 90degree angle!. Raise your shoulders until you experience an ab burn!. Repeat 20 times!. Do 5 sets of 20!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
