Answers:
Female diet:

11 calories per pound of LBM (Lean Body Mass) to start!.

!.8g of protein per lb!. of LBM
20% total colorie intake from fat the rest in carbs!.

Aim for 30 minutes cardio in the morning before breakfast 45 minutes in the evening!.

300 calories are burned walking for an hour, with a total fatloss of about 1-3lbs per week!. If you don't notice a change in the first 10 days or so drop calories 200 calories at a time, but be careful because if you go to low it will slow your metabolism and you'll start burning up muscle too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To maintain your weight you should eat 2,500 calories a day; since you want to loose weight you can trim that 500 calories or a little more!. So, I would eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day!. DO NOT get below 1200 calories a day for this does nothing for you body but makes problems instead!.

How many calories you burn is totally up to you!. For example say, you want to eat 2000 calories but you still want to burn off another 500, so you would walk enough to burn off those calories!. (which is about 90-100 minutes of walking at a moderate pace)

If you want more help go to Self!.com!. That magazine and website has helped me a lot with figuring out these exact questions (it's what I used to calculate your answers) They have a bunch of calculators you can use to figure out BMI, calories burned, calories needed, etc!. Also, you can sign up for their "self challenge" which basically online tools to help you track progress and plan progress!. Best of all!.!.!.its all FREE!.

Hope this helps, I know how frustrating it can be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
