Calories--starvation mode?!
Question: Calories--starvation mode!?
i heard that if you eat under 1200 calories, your body goes into starvation mode!.
SO!. i didn't eat breakfast the other day, but i ate lunch and i had about 2000 calories; due to this, i did not eat lunch!.
my fiance says my body will still go into starvation mode!. how can that be if i ate 2000 calories for the day!? is that even true!?
i figure it was like weight watcher, but instead of daily points a day, i do daily calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This will affect your body for the worst, by means of weakening the immune system etc!.!. You should try to spread your calories around evenly!. Definably eat breakfast it keeps you going throughout the day!. Lunch should be your biggest meal because you burn all the morning calories off and still have a ways until supper!. Supper should be light!. Try not to miss all kinds of meals and get your body into a regular routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
He's right; under 1000 calories will send you into starvation mode & further reduce your metabolism, in an effort to conserve body fat!. Eat all day long, small amounts at a time!.!. I've been trying to ealt as little as possible, too, but the dr!. said heck, you have to eat, or I could never lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
