If i drink nothing but milk and fruit for the next month?!


Question: If i drink nothing but milk and fruit for the next month!?
and go on runs everyday
will i lose alot of weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is not very healthy!.
eat four small meals a day, spade them out!. small quantities of food!.
breakfast: milk, oats and low fat choc!.
lunch: small portion of pasta, salad, fruit
dinner: very small portion of meat or fish or pulses / beans, followed by boiled vegs or salad, and a fruit!.
no alchool, no fatty food, but do eat proper food!.
the milk and fruit idea is not very good as you will lose muscles from your body and would not look healthy!. if you eat the way i explained above, you will not feel hungry, you would be quite balanced and will lose loads of weight!.

The problem with milk is that it is high in fat, and it also has carbs in it!. Not that carbs are a bad thing, but if you drank a lot of milk, you would end up with too much fat and too many carbs in your system!.

Speaking of carbs, fruit is one of the most simple sugars, meaning that it is very easily converted into body fat!.

No exercise program should be JUST cardio, just like no exercise program should be JUST weight training!. There is always a balance, and that applies to the nutrients that you take in, as well as the exercise program that you are on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe, but you'll probably be really sick too!. Try to start drinking a lot of Green Tea, make it yourself a gallon at a time and use only 1/2 to 3/4cup of sugar for the whole gallon, yes the low sugar amount for the gallon is hard to get used to, but it's worth it!. Also a brisk walk is easier on your knees & ankles than running!. Walk at least 3 days a week for 20 min each, but a brisk walk, not super slow & leisurely!. I don't think you should cut out so many foods because you need protein & some carbs to keep up energy & stay healthy!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a friend that did something like this and ended up passing out one day!. The best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy!. Try to eat a little food more often rather than a lot at one or two meals!. Losing weight sensibly and slowly will help you to keep it off!. None of those fad diets actually work for the long run!. A lot of people make a lot of money selling those diets, but they only work for a short time!. Eat less, move more - that is the plain and simple cure for being overweight!.
