Is it bad if i work out my biceps everyday, and after every workout?

15 years old, 5 ft 9. 150 pounds


Answers:

Yes, you need to give your muscles time to heal in between workouts. Working out causes miniscule tears in your muscle, and only by healing do they become stronger. If you work out while they are healing you could really hurt yourself. You need to be even more careful because of your age. My advice is to work them out no more than 2-3 times a week.
